Lotte Resort Jeju Artvillas 的描述

Big names in architecture like Seung Hyo-Sang, DA Group, Kengo Kuma, Yi Jongho and Dominique Perrault helped design the luxurious 2-3 bedroom villas offered at Lotte Jeju Resort Art Villas. Inspired by the scenic landscapes of Jeju and Korea, these beautiful villas all come with free WiFi.

Staying in one of these spacious villas is like staying in a modern art piece. Combining Korean traditional elements with contemporary design, all villas come with a living room, a kitchenette and a washing machine. All bathrooms are equipped with a spa bathtub and bidet.

Lotte Jeju Resort Art Villas is a 15-minute drive from Seogwipo Natural Forest Park and Jungmun Tourist Complex. It is about 14 mi from Halla Mountain and 22 mi from Jeju International Airport. The UNESCO site of Seongsan Ilsul Bong is 37 mi away.

Guests can make use of the outdoor pool, gym and private beach at the nearby Art Villas Community Center. Karaoke and mini golf facilities are also available.

Korean and Western cuisines are served at the on-site restaurant.

overpriced villa for subpar service, very disappointing
Secluded, safe area
1. Staff doesn’t speak English, which is very surprising and disappointing for a 5* hotel. I had to wait half an hour for an answer only to find out that the staff couldn’t understand my question…… how frustrating. the least the hotel reception could do is to have a list of attractions available in Jeju Island for guests to visit as most guests would be asking this? very surprised they don’t have this sorted. 2. The ergonomic design is rather appalling. no curtain for the third bedroom which makes the guest feel rather uncomfortable as the villas from above could look in. towels were used to replace the curtain to provide some privacy but made the whole room very uncomfortable to live in. Plug points were not strategically placed either. 3. The villa was accidentally placed on do not disturb so we understand that the housekeeping didn’t clean our villa. When we called to get fresh towels, they only brought up the small ones….. also they told us to pay for the extra towels when we didn’t even complain about not getting any cleaning of the villa done 4. the tub on the rooftop wasn’t clean and a mask was found nearby Overall, a very disappointing stay especially for the steep price paid!
